Nataliia Tepla

The Ukrainian-Polish mezzo-soprano Nataliia Tepla has a warm, round and full sounding voice with a shiny top register.
In 2020, she graduated from the Mykola Lysenko Music Academy in Lviv, where studied solo singing under Professor Svitlana Mamchur. In 2022, she appeared as a soloist in the concert For Ukraine at the Silesian Opera. In February 2023, made stage debut at the Silesian Opera as Anna in Giuseppe Verdi’s Nabucco, under the baton of Przemysław Neumann.
Since 2023, has been a member of the Opera Academy at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw, working with Olga Pasiecznik, Izabela Kłosińska and Michał Biel, as well as with distinguished artists such as Sophia Muñoz, Adrian Kelly, Dearbhla Collins, Katelan Trân Terrell, Helmut Deutsch, Giorgio D’Alonzo, Mariusz Kwiecień, Edith Wiens, Tobias Truniger, Maciej Pikulski, Hedwig Fassbender and Topi Lehtipuu.
In July 2024, performed at the 15th Jerzy Waldorff Summer Festival in Radziejowice. In 2024, won the First Prize at the international vocal competition Bella Voce. In November 2024, at the Silesian Opera, took part in the world premiere of Verdi’s Luisa Miller, performing the role of Federica under the musical direction of Marco Guidarini.
In January 2025, sang in the Carnival Concert Let Us Return to Times Gone By at the Concert Studio of Polish Radio in Warsaw, conducted by Michał Klauza. In collaboration with the Opera Academy, participated in workshops and a Baroque concert led by Andreas Scholl at the Teatr Wielki in February 2025.
In 2025, won the Third Prize at the Ars et Gloria International Vocal Competition in Katowice and appeared at the Bydgoszcz Opera Festival in Luisa Miller as Federica. Also collaborated with the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw in the ballet Prometheus, performing the alto solo in Mozart’s Requiem under the direction of Patrick Fournillier, and again sang the alto solo part in Requiem in a separate concert at the same theatre.
In July 2025, appeared in the concert Love Will Forgive You Everything, organised by the Orfeo Foundation at the Musical Gardens Festival in Warsaw, and subsequently performed the same programme at the 5th Bogusław Kaczyński Festival in Biała Podlaska in August 2025.
On 12–14 September 2025, collaborated again with the Polish National Opera in the production of Prometheus. On 24 September 2025, won the Second Prize at the Casta Diva Spalato International Vocal Competition in Croatia.
I participated on 27 November 2025 in the concert “The Most Beautiful Voices” as part of the 9th Chamber Music Meeting in Międzyrzec.
In 2026, I am a scholarship holder of the “Gaude Polonia” programme of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, administered by the National Centre for Culture in Warsaw.
