Torsten Kerl first began his musical career as a professional orchestra musician and instrumental soloist on the oboe, then switched to singing and quickly became a prize winner of several competitions and scholarships.

Kurt-Walther Schober studied law, French and Italian, as well as singing in Vienna.
He was trainee in the culture department of the ORF and at the Vienna State Opera in the following productions: NP “Otello” Mehta/Wood, WA” Rusalka Neuman/ Schenk, NP “Wozzeck” Abbado/Dresen.
From 1989 to 2008 he was agent in the Erich Seitter Agency, working for many great artist and was responsible for building up the career of numerous young singers.
From 2008 to 2019 he was CEO and senior manager of Opera4u GmbH, working for many important artists such as A. Harteros, A. Baltsa, M. Miller,I. Tamar, T. Kerl,L. Ataneli,G.Gagnidze,G. Zeppenfeld S.Melles etc.and discovered and supported many young singers.
He was also in the jury of various important singing competitions and taught Artist Management at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Since 2020 he has been a freelance consultant and from 2023 he is freelanced artistic consultant at TK-IAM Torsten Kerl-International Artists Management.

Kotryna Veronika Vainoraitė holds a BA in Philosophy (Vilnius University) and a MA in Conference Interpreting (Vilnius University). She has, among other things, worked as a guide, freelance interpreter and jewelry sales representative. Kotryna gained extensive international experience having worked in China, Italy, Poland, Russia and Spain. In 2020 she graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre with a BA in Vocal Performance. She was a member of the Vilnius City Opera ensemble, where she has sung in productions of G. Puccini’s Tosca, Ch. Gounod’s Faust, G. Verdi’s Il Trovatore, W.A. Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte, P.I. Tchaikovsky‘s The Queen of Spades. Kotryna is fluent in Lithuanian, Russian, English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. Currently, she combines her interests in music and language by studying Music Therapy at Vilnius University.
Elena Batoukova-Kerl sings at many international opera houses in Europe. Among others at the Vienna State Opera, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Hamburg State Opera, the Opéra National de Paris Bastille and at the Salzburg Festival. She began as a dramatic mezzo-soprano in the German and Italian repertoire, in roles such as Santuzza, Eboli, Amneris and Venus. For several years she has also sung the great dramatic soprano roles, such as Turandot, Brünnhilde and Elektra.
For more than 25 years she has also been a professional vocal pedagogue and voice consultant for master classes and workshops at various international opera houses and music conservatories.
