Simonas Strazdas has a large, very dark and powerful bass voice with a beautiful Italian legato, great depth, and brilliant high notes.
He is a very promising young bass singer From Lithuania.

From the Season 25/26 he is a member of the soloist ensemble of Vienna State Opera in Austria.
He graduated as a „Master of Arts – Vocal Performance“ at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater in 2022.
In March 2024 he sang his first Titurel (Parsifal) at the music festival Dornach Switzerland.
He has performed , Papageno (Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte) and Gremin (Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin) at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater and he has performed Don Alfonso (Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte) at Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts in Helsinki.
